Boca Abajo Release Tu Y Yo Contra El Mundo With a BANG!

September 25th was the night that paired Austin's Pioneers of Pop Rock Latino and one of Austin's longest standing restaurants El Sol Y La Luna on what turned out to be a night to remember.

Boca Abajo delivered an electrifying performance on the day that was proclaimed "Boca Abajo Day" by the City of Austin. Boca Abajo's performance left the crowd asking when they would be taking the stage and where. Along side their friends and family, Austin's Rock Band Kalua started the party off right. They played to a crowd of over 90 people that came out to support Latin Rock in Austin. Kalua delivered a stunning performance playing some of their greatest hits and also displaying some of their new material set to be released soon. Ending the night was San Antonio's 80's Latin Pop Rock cover band Dejavu who are no strangers to the Austin music scene. They had the crowd singing to all of their renditions of many popular songs. They were accompanied on stage during their Selena set by Austin's very own Selena and Bidi Bidi Banda's leading lady Stephanie Bergara.

The night was filled with many memories captured by all who attended this glamorous event. There were many local artist and local press on hand that helped drive the message home for this single release. Austin Vida's Manny Morales was on hand and captured this great video of that historical night! Tu Y Yo Contra El Mundo captured the crowd and the song will have you thinking back to a loved one that has been lost or has struggled feeling that they are up against all odds!

Boca Abajo is prepping to tour locally and nationally to spread the message for this song. They will be booking dates very soon in your local area. Be sure to catch them at your local venue and also be sure to request their new single on every Latino, Spanish, Tejano and Local radio station in town!
